Position Overview:

We are seeking an HR Executive with 6 months to a year of experience in an IT company to support our HR functions. This role involves assisting with recruitment, managing employee records, handling leave management, and performing other essential HR duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle a variety of HR tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and liaising with candidates.
  • Employee Record Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Leave Management: Manage leave requests, track employee leave balances, and handle related administrative tasks.
  • Day-to-Day HR Duties: Provide support in onboarding new employees, addressing employee queries, and implementing HR policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of HR experience in an IT company.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HR practices, employment laws, and IT industry standards.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
